Last year Nicki Minaj expanded her Pink Friday brand even further with a release of a custom press on nail company called Pink Friday Nails. These nails are another node on Minaj’s extensive history in the beauty world starting with her M.A.C. Pink Friday lipstick from to pair with the Pink Friday album release. Since then she has had clothing, sneakers, perfume, and now nails!

After seeing the nails in person, there is no surprise why the girlies are going crazy over these press-ons.

They are beautifully designed, strong, great packaging, and the adhesive works very well. Here at Finessed, we are novices when it comes to press-ons and had the privilege to receive first hand tips from one of the Pink Friday Nails hand models. Nicki Minaj is known for supporting her fans and included some of them on the official website.

Thanks to her we have been able to enjoy our press-ons with the stick on adhesive with her suggestion of heating up the adhesive with a blow dryer. We recommend a duration of 20-30 seconds. Use gloves  when washing for long periods time as soap and water are the removal instructions.

Like we expressed before, we are novices. But once we got the hang of it, they have been great. Make sure you prep your nails correctly as instructed on the box and use a nail file to customize your press on for your nail shape. We prefer an electric drill, but any kind can work.
